Account Questions
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
What is your refund policy?
Trade Navigator platforms and plugins have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
Only one refund per household. If a refund is requested during the initial 30 day period for any reason, neither you nor anyone in your household may reactivate, subscribe to, or create a new account for a period of one (1) year from date of refund request. New accounts created to avoid this policy will be subject to immediate termination without refund.
Exchange mandated real time fees, as required by the individual exchanges are non-refundable. Genesis Financial is required to adhere to exchange fee rates and collect such fees unless otherwise collected by your broker.
Existing customers can be refunded for Trade Navigator platform upgrades and plugin purchases. Existing customers who make changes to their data subscription (such as switching from End-of-Day data to Real Time streaming) will not be refunded if they choose to cancel their higher-tiered data plan.
Platform Questions
Can I export my Trade Navigator data to Excel or CSV format?
Trade Navigator Gold and Platinum Desktop Platforms support the export of data to CSV format, which is supported by Excel.
Can I practice with a simulated trading account? Can I paper trade with Trade Navigator?
All Trade Navigator platforms include simulated trading, also known as paper trading. With Trade Navigator, you have the ability to set up multiple paper trading accounts so that you can test multiple strategies.
